GOVERNOR SPITZER UNVEILS DETAILS OF REGIONAL CLIMATE CHANGE INITIATIVE

Governor Eliot Spitzer unveiled draft rules to guide New York's role in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). RGGI is the 10-state plan to cut climate-altering emissions from power plants and reduce the state's contribution to global warming. Click here for more RGGI news.
